Sharing Passwords with Team Members

Secure Password Sharing
Sharing Individual Records
- Open the record you want to share
- Click the Share button
- Select team members or groups
- Set permissions:
- View Only: Can see but not edit
- Edit: Can modify the record
- Full Access: Can edit and reshare
- Add a message (optional)
- Click Share
Sharing Entire Folders
Share all records in a folder at once:
- Right-click on a folder
- Select "Share Folder"
- Choose team members
- Set default permissions for all records
- Click Share
Managing Shared Access
View and modify sharing settings:
- View Shared With: See who has access
- Revoke Access: Remove sharing permissions
- Change Permissions: Update access levels
- Transfer Ownership: Make another user the owner
Security Considerations
- Only share with trusted team members
- Use "View Only" for sensitive credentials
- Regularly audit shared records
- Revoke access when team members leave
- Use folder sharing for consistent permissions
